DIS IT is a software company with teams in Chicago and Warsaw. We build the systems businesses run on — web platforms, internal tools, cloud infrastructure and AI integrations — and we stay with them afterwards.

Source code, designs and infrastructure configuration are yours, in your repository and your cloud account from the first commit. No part of your product lives in an account you cannot access, and leaving us costs you nothing but the notice period.

Fixed-price discovery

A written specification, an architecture plan and a real number — yours to keep.

Every engagement starts with a short, fixed-price discovery: we read any existing code, talk to your people, and hand you a written specification, an architecture plan and a real number. It is yours to keep whether or not you continue with us — so you are never committing to a large build on an estimate nobody has tested.

A shared channel, the project board, and a written summary every Friday.

A named point of contact, a shared Slack or Teams channel, and access to the project board, so you can check status without asking anyone. We ship in two-week increments and send a written summary every Friday. No monthly reveal, no surprises at the end.

We say when we are the wrong fit

Some problems are better solved by an off-the-shelf product, a specialist firm, or not this year. We will tell you when that is the case, including when it costs us the contract — because the alternative is a project neither side wanted, which is worse for everyone than a short conversation.
