Intro call
A conversation about what you have built, how you work and what you are looking for. You will hear about the projects you would join.
Technical conversation
Walk us through code you wrote and the decisions behind it. No whiteboard puzzles.
Offer
Written terms: role, contract, rate and start date. Every applicant hears back, whatever the answer.
