You do not have to take it on faith. We run a paid, fixed-price discovery first, which produces a written specification, an architecture plan and a costed backlog. The estimate comes out of that document, not out of a sales call, and the document is yours whether or not you build with us.

We work in two-week increments with a prioritised backlog you control, so changing direction means reordering what comes next rather than renegotiating the contract. Changes that materially expand scope are quoted separately and transparently before any work starts.

Automated unit and integration tests run on every commit, with end-to-end coverage on the paths that would cost you money if they broke. We also do manual exploratory testing before each release. Test code is delivered with the product, so your next developer inherits a safety net rather than a guessing game.

Usually yes. We regularly integrate with ERPs, CRMs, accounting systems, payment providers and legacy in-house databases, via REST, GraphQL, message queues or direct database access where nothing better exists. Where an integration is genuinely risky we will say so before you commit, not after.

Yes. We set up CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, staging environments, automated backups, logging and alerting on Azure or AWS. Everything runs in your cloud account under your billing, so you keep control and can take it elsewhere at any point.
