Fahm

A charcoal kitchen, ordered ahead

  • Completed
  • Dec 2025

Overview

Fahm is a concept site for a Levantine charcoal kitchen on Clark Street in Andersonville, Chicago: the kind of site a busy neighbourhood restaurant needs to take orders without a third-party app taking a cut.

Guests order for pickup from a full menu with dietary filters, choose sides and add-ons, and pick a time the kitchen can actually meet: slots follow the opening hours in Chicago time, with a lead time that grows with the order. Tables are booked the same way, with fewer free times for larger parties and peak hours, and a calendar file on confirmation. Private events have their own set feasts and an enquiry form. The restaurant is fictional and nothing is ordered or charged; the site says so in the footer and at checkout.
