Overview
Write once, publish everywhere: per-platform adaptation, scheduling, retries and auto-replies, with a live demo
A tool for a small team that posts the same news on six networks. Write the post once; it is adapted for X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and Bluesky, scheduled, published with retries, and the replies that come back are answered or handed to a person.
Each network gets its own rules: on X a link counts as 23 characters, Bluesky counts graphemes, Instagram cannot take links so the link moves to the bio. Long posts become threads where threads exist and are shortened at a sentence where they do not. The live demo runs the same code in the browser with a mock network and posts nothing.
Evidence
What it looks like running
One post adapted for X, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, each preview with its own character count and checks A long post split into a numbered thread at sentence ends where the platform allows threads The week calendar: each post scheduled into the next free slot in the audience's time zone Running the week: posts published, a rate-limited one retried after the platform's wait, a rule-breaking one rejected Replies inbox: routine comments answered from templates, anything sensitive held for a person
Engineering
How it was built
Frontend
- Composer, per-network previews with warnings, week calendar, publishing log, replies inbox
Backend & services
- TypeScript core library with no dependencies, shared by the worker and the demo
- Scheduler with time zones, default posting slots and per-network limits
- Retries with backoff, "retry after" respected, idempotency keys, audit log
- Auto-replies from keyword templates; sensitive or unmatched messages go to a person
Integrations
- Adapters for X, LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads and Bluesky, off until credentials are set
- Mock adapter with injectable failures, the default
Testing & verification
- 66 tests, run in CI with a dry run of the worker
