Overview

Apartment rentals: map search, real photography, cost breakdowns, compare and tour booking

Lintel Residential is a concept site for a Chicago property manager renting apartments across eight neighbourhoods: the site a renter actually uses to decide where to live, and the one a landlord needs to fill units without paying a listings portal.

Renters search with the filters that matter (rent, beds, baths, pets, parking, in-unit laundry, move-in date), see every result on a live map, open listings with full galleries, floor plans and a monthly cost breakdown that adjusts for parking and pets, save favourites, compare up to three homes side by side, and book an in-person or video tour into a real calendar slot. Neighbourhood guides and an affordability calculator round it out. The company and listings are fictional; the site says so in the footer and when booking.
